the room was spacious and very clean. I found it well-equipped and very comfortable. the large bed and great pillows helped me sleep well. the shower worked perfectly, delivering a powerful stream.

i was a bit disappointed that the in-room tv system wasn't working. it would have been nice to relax with some entertainment after a long day. this affected the experience slightly, though i still enjoyed my stay.

i found the lack of soundproofing problematic. i could clearly hear noises from other rooms and the corridor. street noise was also intrusive (especially at night), disrupting sleep. additionally, i found the pillows uncomfortable.

the hotel had newly opened and it was immaculate everywhere. the room had great size and the breakfast offered variety. all staff looked very friendly and helpful all day long. location made walking tours very easy, parking on william street was also cheap for a day.

the room did not include a phone. there was no way to easily contact reception from inside.
